Alloy Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs)

Abbreviation: TPEs

Details: Engineering plastics are often rigid and strong for some high performance applications. By overmolding with PC, PC/ABS, PA, and ABS, PHOENIX™ alloy thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) are functional TPE compounds intended to provide greater comfort feeling, attractive appearance, and higher value compared to engineering plastics. Abrasion resistance, oil resistance, lower compression set at higher temperatures, higher heat resistance, and other high performance criteria are also addressed by PHOENIX™ alloy thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs).

PHOENIX™ Alloy Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs), when combined with high performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), exhibit the performance properties of TPV, but offer the easier processing ability and enhance overall look compared to conventional TPV.
