Description

Abbreviation: TPEs

Details: A procedure called extrusion is used to make things with a defined cross-sectional profile. The desired cross-section of a die is pushed through a material. The capacity to produce extremely complicated cross-sections and the ability to deal with fragile materials because the material only experiences compressive and shear stresses are the two key advantages of this technology over other production procedures. Additionally, it creates components with superb surface finishes.
Extrusion Grade PHOENIX™ Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs) have been developed by HR Solution and are appropriate for extrusion profiles, tubes, films, and sheets. For continuous extrusion, the material has a low MFI and relatively constant quality. The MFI of TPEs should typically be less than 3g/10min. Co-extruding Extrusion Grade Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs) with PP and PE results in a fantastic blend of hard and soft material. Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs) of the PHOENIX™ Extrusion Grade can also combine soft and hard TPEs.
